So you have a giant fidget popper (you know the ones that have 100 bubbles) in your classroom, but you don’t know what to do with it? Well, I am here with 4 fun ideas!
Ways to Use a Giant Fidget Popper
100s grid
You could make your own by taking a basic 100 pop fidget popper and writing the numbers on it with a sharpie – but you can also buy one pre-made with 1-100 on it, like the one below.
Multiplication table
You can snag a fidget popper already marked as a multiplication table here at Amazon, or take your blank pop it and write the numbers like I modeled* below. Be sure to show your students how to use it to find the answers to multiplication problems up to 9 x 9.

Roll and Pop to 100
Students need a die, and then they can play Roll and Pop to 100. It can be done with addition (great for first grade and second grade). Students roll the die and pop that number (say 5). The partner rolls and pops their number (so if they rolled 2, they pop 2 more, and now the pop it has 7 pops). Whoever is popping when they get to 100 wins! Here is a blank 100 pop it for the game.
Hands on Multiplication Practice
Use it for a hands-on way to visualize multiplication with arrays up to 10 x 10 = 100! Also this resource: Pop It Math repeated Addition, Arrays, and Beginning Multiplication, would come in handy for it.
Bonus: Hundreds Days/ Random Acts of Kindness
On the hundredth day of school, or anytime, you could set a class goal to have the entire class do 100 random acts of kindness. Each RAOK would result in a bubble popped until they get to 100! You can also track the random acts of kindness with this freebie.
